The time you become greedy, and hope to get "lucky", is the time you give away all of your cash. Sounds a little absurd, but it seems to be accurate. It seems the only time I ever come away with money is when I do not panic about blowing it. I went to the the casino the other night with twenty dollarsin my pocket. I could not care less about losing it, who cares about $20? So can you imagine what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in two hours!
Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Chris. I took in $100 that I couldn’t stand to lose. I got insatiable, I got scared, and I ended up wagering too much and losing it in 30 mins! The lesson is never bet more than you can commit to lose. If you do not panic about losing, you have a lot more opportunity of profiting big!
How else can you increase your chances of profiting at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Sure, they hit occasionally, but they do not hit often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Just bet on even bets like black, red, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers like 1st 12, second 12, third dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay out pretty big.
With the basic rules covered, how else can we further increase our chances of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our buddy, instead of our enemy. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my buddy Steve would say to me. "It is absolutely random because any number can come up". Yes, my friend Chris certainly has a point, although at the same instance, he is overlooking a crucial aspect of the picture. I totally agree, black or red could be landed on thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
