The time you become insatiable, and pray to get "lucky", is the time you squander all of your money. Seems a little absurd, but it seems to be true. It seems the only time I ever amass money is when I do not care about losing it. I headed to the the casino last evening with $20 in cash. I could not care any less about squandering it, who cares about 20 dollars? So can you imagine what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 profit in just a few hours!

A different occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Matt. I went in with $100 that I couldn’t bear to lose. I got greedy, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 32 minutes! The lesson is at no time wager anymore than you can manage to squander. If you do not worry about not winning, you have a greater opportunity of winning big!

What other ways can you increase your chances of profiting at Roulette other than making a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they hit every once in a while, but they don’t come up often enough to ensure a steady profit. Just wager on 1:1 bets for example black, red, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like first dozen, 2nd dozen, third dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay out fairly big.

With the basic rules reviewed, how else might we further elevate our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By turning probability into our buddy, as opposed to our enemy. "You cannot win at Roulette", my friend Jeff would say to me. "It’s completely random due to the fact that any number could come up". Absolutely, my friend Charles does have a point, although at the same time, he is overlooking an important part of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black can be landed on thirty times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
